Our commitment

VIET is committed to a transparent and fair process for handling grievances of any nature — academic, administrative or interpersonal. The Grievance Redressal Cell exists to ensure every concern is heard, recorded and responded to within a reasonable time.

Scope

  • Academic concerns — coursework, evaluation, attendance
  • Administrative concerns — fees, records, transport, hostel
  • Faculty / staff conduct
  • Discrimination, harassment or unfair treatment
  • Examination grievances within the affiliating-university process

How to file a grievance

  1. Submit a written complaint via email to the address given alongside.
  2. State the issue clearly along with date, parties involved and any supporting evidence.
  3. Mention your name, programme, year and a contact number.
  4. You will receive an acknowledgement and a tracking reference within working hours.
  5. The cell will investigate, hear all parties and respond formally with the outcome.

Anonymity will be maintained where requested and feasible. Complaints are handled in accordance with applicable institutional policy and law.
